Refund & Cancellation Policy
If Script Pro doesn't fit your workflow, you can have your money back.
The short version
Script Pro has a 14-day money-back guarantee. If the pipeline doesn't fit your workflow, email us within 14 days of purchase and you'll get a full refund.
Script Pro is a one-time payment, not a subscription — so there's nothing to cancel.
The 14-day guarantee
Every Script Pro licence — Standard and Elite — is covered by a 14-day money-back guarantee. If the pipeline doesn't fit your workflow, email us within 14 days of purchase and we'll refund what you paid.
You don't need to prove anything is broken. A refund request is enough.
Add-ons
Add-on purchases (extra runs, extra language slots) are final and non-refundable once added to your licence. The 14-day guarantee applies to the Script Pro licence purchase itself.
How to request a refund
- Email support@tubeneur.com with the subject "Refund request", within 14 days of your purchase.
- Send it from the email address you bought with, and include the product and your order or receipt number, so we can find your purchase quickly.
- You can tell us why, and it helps us improve the product, but you don't have to.
- We confirm your request by email and start the refund.

How refunds are processed
Payments are handled by Dodo Payments, our payment provider and merchant of record, so the refund is issued through them to the payment method you used at checkout. How long it takes to show up depends on your bank or card provider, and is outside our control.
What happens to your licence
When a purchase is refunded, its licence is deactivated and the Software stops working for that key. Please stop using it and uninstall it from your computer.
Cancellation
Script Pro is a one-time payment for lifetime access. There is no subscription, no recurring charge and no renewal, so there is nothing to cancel and you will not be billed again.
VisualBeats
VisualBeats isn't on sale yet, and its price and payment model haven't been announced. The refund and cancellation terms for it will be published on this page before it is sold.
Payment disputes
If something is wrong with a payment, please email us first — we can usually sort it out faster than a dispute with your bank. A licence that is charged back is deactivated.
Your legal rights
This policy is in addition to, and doesn't limit, any rights you have under the consumer law where you live that can't be excluded by agreement.
