Terms of Service

Agreement

These Terms of Service govern your use of the Tubeneur website at tubeneur.com and the desktop software we sell — currently Script Pro and, once it goes on sale, VisualBeats (together, the "Software"). By buying, downloading, activating or using the Software you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use it.

"Tubeneur", "we" and "us" mean the business that operates tubeneur.com and publishes the Software. You can reach us at support@tubeneur.com.

Buying the Software

Purchases are made through a checkout run by Dodo Payments, our payment provider and merchant of record. Dodo Payments takes your payment, calculates and collects any applicable taxes, and issues your receipt. Its own terms apply to the payment itself.

The price and the plan limits that apply to you are the ones shown on the product page and at checkout when you buy. Script Pro is sold as a one-time payment in Standard and Elite plans, with optional add-ons. VisualBeats does not have a price yet; these Terms will apply to it when it goes on sale.

After payment you receive a licence key and a download link by email. Please buy with an email address you can access — it is how we find your order.

Your licence

When you buy, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to install and use the Software on your own computer, subject to these Terms and to the limits of your plan (for example channel profiles, monthly generations and languages in Script Pro). The Software is licensed, not sold; we keep ownership of it.

You may use the Software to produce content for commercial purposes. The plan limits published on the product page describe what your plan includes.

You may not:

• copy, resell, rent, sublicense or redistribute the Software or your licence key;
• reverse engineer, decompile or modify the Software, except where the law gives you that right regardless of this clause;
• bypass, tamper with or work around licence checks, plan limits, usage quotas or the update mechanism.

Lifetime access and updates

"Lifetime access" means you pay once and your licence has no expiry date and no recurring fee. "Lifetime updates" means the updates we release for your product are included at no extra charge.

The Software relies on services that we operate — licence verification and the update service. Lifetime access lasts for as long as we operate those services for that product.

Licence keys and activation

Your licence is tied to your key and to the device you activate it on. You are responsible for keeping your key private. A licence is for use on one device at a time. If you get a new computer, you can move it: Script Pro has an "Unlink this Device" option, and VisualBeats has "Deactivate this PC". VisualBeats limits how many times a key can be moved, to stop keys being shared.

The Software checks your licence with our server. Your plan is decided by that server, not by the local licence file, and the Software keeps working for a limited grace period if you are offline. We may disable a licence that is shared, used in breach of these Terms, refunded or charged back.

Your content and output

Your scripts, transcripts, voiceovers, images and the output the Software produces belong to you. We don't ask for any rights in them, and we don't receive them: the Software works on your own computer.

You are responsible for having the rights to whatever you put in. That includes transcripts and videos that belong to other people, and following the terms of the platforms you publish on, including YouTube.

Third-party services

Script Pro is "bring your own key" (BYOK): you supply your own API keys for AI providers such as Anthropic (Claude), OpenAI, DeepSeek and Google (Gemini). Those providers' terms, prices, usage limits and data practices apply to what you send them, and you pay them directly. We are not responsible for their services.

Both products include third-party components, such as speech recognition and video encoding tools, that are licensed under their own terms.

AI-generated output

Script Pro produces text with AI models. Output can be inaccurate, incomplete or unsuitable, so review it before you publish. We don't promise any particular result from using the Software — including views, subscribers, monetisation, or that a platform will accept your content. You are responsible for what you publish.

Acceptable use

Don't use the Software or the website to break the law, to infringe other people's rights, to produce content that is unlawful or that violates a platform's policies, or to interfere with our servers or other customers' use of them.

Availability and changes

The Software installs updates that we sign and publish. We may change, improve or remove features, and we work to keep our services running, but we don't promise they will be uninterrupted or error-free.

Refunds and cancellation

Refunds are covered by our Refund & Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

Termination

You can stop using the Software at any time. We may suspend or end your licence if you materially breach these Terms, or if it is refunded or charged back. If your licence ends, you must stop using the Software.

Disclaimer of warranties

The Software and the website are provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. Nothing in these Terms limits rights you have under consumer law that cannot be excluded.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss, or for lost profits, revenue, data or opportunity, arising from your use of the Software. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Software is limited to the amount you paid for that Software. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.

Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed. If you keep using the Software after an update, you accept the new Terms. Changes don't apply retroactively to a purchase you've already made.
